My wife and I had the chance to eat brunch here due to a guest suggestion from the hotel that we were were staying at for our Spring Break vacay. We were pleasantly greeted and immediately seated. Our waitress was nice. Provided drink suggestions when asked. My wife had a Strawberry Moscow mule and I had a basil margarita with muddled Strawberries and cucumbers (My request) and they accommodated!! Yummmmmmyyy both drinks. Our food was superb. Omggg...I do not normally eat all of my food in one sitting, especially a burger. However, I ate that whole 1/2 lb of short rib brisket and chuck blend gladly lol. It was delicious. Not to mention on a bed of butter lettuce and juicy tomatoes...ohhh.. that soft bun. I enjoyed my WHOLE meal. My wife had the chicken parmesan sandwich. She said it was okay. Oh well.. she should have got the burger lol. The fries were good as well. I gladly reccomend this spot. Ppl were ordering the pizza and poke nachos... all of that looked so tasty too. We will visit again when we return. Lol.

This place was phenomenal!! The Bloody Mary was the best I've ever had! The blue cheese olives inside were insanely good too! We ordered the Poke Nachos and they are incredible! I had the Ribeye Filet and while it was very small it was delicious. When we visit the Palm Springs area this will be one of our go-to Brunch places! Live music was also great!

We’ve been here a few times now and it never disappoints! The vibe is always calm and relaxing, a perfect little escape from the heat. The staff is super friendly and attentive every time. The food is always delicious, and the drinks are just as good. It’s definitely become one of our go-to spots!

I had an incredible dining experience at The Hideout! The lamb burger was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado sandwich) was another standout dish, with fresh ingredients that elevated a classic to a whole new level. But the real star of the meal was their sourdough bread, it was hands down the best bread I’ve ever had in my life. Light, flavorful, and perfectly textured, it was unforgettable. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by The Hideout for an amazing meal you won’t forget!

First time here. Wonderful experience. Happy hour was great. The food is very good. Fish and chips were outstanding, as were the sliders and NY cheesecake. We ate at the bar, and Michelle is the best. We will definitely visit again, We returned . Food is consistently good, Tyler is a true mixologist, GM Vic is a good person, and The Hideout Team is outstanding. Very nice selection of Paso Robles wines. Tiramasu is very good.

Two years already in the desert and we had never been here...our loss! Thoroughly enjoyed dinner last night with 2 other couples and we ALL enjoyed our meals. Burgers, chicken and one very large ‘hot dog’ with house made chili. One of our party got very specific with his customized order and I was surprised they got it right...it was complicated! Our waiters were extremely friendly and as young as they were still very professional and personable. Plus they seemed proud to work there and that’s always speaks to a strong management team that emphasizes training. We were lucky enough to meet a very hands on owner that you could plainly see went out of his way to ensure diners enjoyed not only their meal but their experience. We were very touched that he touted the house chili but gave credit to his grandmother for the original recipe. We also tried the bread pudding which is really out of this world. Even those of us on supposed ‘diets’ succumbed to this decadence! Thank you Vick for a nice Saturday evening out with friends in a relaxed atmosphere where the menu - as well as our business - was taken seriously. Looking forward to returning!

My friend and I came here for lunch, came at 1130am so it wasn't crowded. I had the blue cheese burger, 19 made with brisket, chuck, prime rib meat..it was EXCELLENT! Cooked to perfection!! super delicious served with truffle fries for 2 more. Service here was also wonderful. Food came fast, and our waiter was very attentive and kept our drinks filled. I definitely want to come back to try the dinner menu.
